Whether your team made it to the Super Bowl or not. The game between the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles, was one to watch. But it the highly anticipated performance by of music’s biggest star took over on this one. It’s seems fair to say this year's halftime show was especially exciting for many, since it featured Rihanna, an iconic artist who hasn't released a new album in a while.

Rihanna opened with Bitch Better Have My Money, Where Have You Been, Only Girl (In The World), We Found Love, Rude Boy, Work, Wild Thoughts, Pour It Up, All of the Lights, Run This Town, Umbrella and Diamonds.
Roc Nation and Jay Z produced the Halftime Show, so it was likely only a matter of time before RiRi took the stage. The rap legend said in a statement announcing her performance, “Rihanna is a generational talent, a woman of humble beginnings who has surpassed expectations at every turn. A person born on the small island of Barbados who became one of the most prominent artists ever. Self-made in business and entertainment.”
Rihanna, along with rapper A$AP Rocky, are the proud parents of a 9-month-old boy. In an interview that took place ahead of her halftime performance, the Grammy winner said she first thought twice about performing at the Super Bowl, but motherhood ultimately inspired her to perform at the big game. During her Super Bowl 57 Halftime Show performance, Rihanna made history in not one but two different categories. She’s the first female billionaire and the first known pregnant person to star in a Super Bowl Halftime Show. She is reportedly worth $1.4 billion.
